Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

• You can cancel ESGgyan Pro at any time from your account page.
• On cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; no further charges are made after that.
• Cancelling stops your next renewal — it does not trigger a refund of the current period.

2. Refunds

All payments are final. We do not provide refunds once a payment has been made, including for the unused portion of a billing period after you cancel. This applies to both the monthly (₹299) and annual (₹2,999) plans.

You can evaluate ESGgyan on the free tier, within daily limits, before subscribing to Pro.

3. Incorrect charges

If you are charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — email help@esggyan.com within 7 days. We will investigate and reverse any genuine billing error.

4. How billing works

Pro is billed through Razorpay via UPI Autopay e-mandate or card, at ₹299 per month or ₹2,999 per year. See our Terms of Service for the full billing terms.
